2021 start-of-year event

The conception and realisation of the 2021 start-of-year event for SIGNAL IDUNA presented us with particular challenges this time: How do you deliver a format that has been in existence and firmly established for years in the digital world under coronavirus restrictions?

That is why we attached particular importance to the right content and consistent storytelling alongside a comprehensive hygiene and safety concept for production and implementation.

"Heroes in sales" was therefore the motto of the two-day event, where we told a story that touched people emotionally. In an entertaining, amusing, authentic and personal way, the management board and department heads set out where the team stood at the moment, what they could be rightly proud of and what measures and strategic issues were particularly important for the coming year.

Opinion surveys, Q&A sessions, hook-ups, feeds of photographs of all participants, and even open chats, ensured that the viewers on screen were always right at the heart of proceedings.

 

 

Task:

In addition to communicating content and information, create closeness and personal exchanges and reach participants emotionally in a digital format.

 

Challenges:

Customised hygiene concept taking account of the applicable regulations and conditions for the 30-strong team of protagonists and crew, including the performance of rapid tests on a 48-hour cycle on site with access to the studio only permitted following a negative test result, compulsory wearing of FFP2 masks, marked walkways and common areas designed to comply with applicable social distancing rules to ensure safe delivery of the production.

 

Service:

Idea, concept, script & direction for plenum, organisation and realisation on site and idea & realisation of films, openers, jingles, virtual awards. Text and graphics for all media (films, slide shows, PPTs, presentations, etc.), process concepts for all parts and production of exhibition requisites, incentive packages and event kits.
